We were 2,000 miles away in the frozen north surfing Zillow for a condo to take us out of the winter. We had never been to Tucson, but the photos and descriptions we came across online presented a new location as close to perfect as we could imagine. ! My wife and I had a wonderful experience working with her in the purchase of our new home starting with the initial telephone conversation. She listened very closely to our needs and desires for our new home. Because she so thoroughly diagnosed what we were looking for, we found our home in the third property she showed us. She expertly guided us through the entire purchase process and represented us at closing after having completed a walk-through as we were out of state. She insisted that the builder leave three beautiful large potted plants in our backyard which I wanted to have. When we were ready to move in several months later, as our home was originally a model, Pamela returned for two more walk-throughs and due to her "eagle" eyes pointed out many unresolved issues to the warranty technician that we missed. We were so down and convinced we would never sell until Pamela came along. All it took was one short conversation after I reached out to her (she got back to me in like 2 hours!!!) I knew she was the agent for us and I was going to sell my house. She gave us sound, honest advice on what to do to the home for it to sell fast and she was so right. ...it was finally time to sell it . Pam had helped us purchase and sell another home for our Daughter during her stay in Tucson, so it was a natural for us to bring her back to guide us again . This expedited getting the house photographed and listed. She staffed several open houses and provided prompt, detailed information on open house traffic, as well as on individual showings. She never steered me toward any offer over another, just outlined the pros and cons of each. (Talk about apples and oranges!) She checked on the house in between showings if I had a concern, such as whether or not contractors did their jobs. Pamela patiently answered all my questions when it came to offers and navigating the paperwork during the sales process. Her warmth, enthusiasm and compassion came through. She clearly enjoys her job, and it shows! She's a good communicator. Pamela is a valued agent.

But we found Pamela through a friend of a friend and BAM! what a lucky break that was. From the get-go she listened and seemed to know just what we needed, took charge of process in a good way and followed through all the way to closing. It was very stressful don't get me wrong, we had a very short period of time in which to sell. Pamela was able to find a buyer and negotiate some extremely unusual terms in the contract. The repair request was a potential nightmare but she walked us through it so that both the buyers and we were comfortable. Pamela is experience and attentive, we always knew we were being taken good care of. She was patient when we were stressed and supportive when most needed it. I would commend Pamela without reservation.

She was patient, consistent, always upbeat and tolerant while I looked at so many different properties. She answered all of my questions and really helped me understand the process. The home I chose was one she suggested we look at - and she was right on. She had listened to everything that I was trying to find in my first home, and she delivered.

But Pamela just dove right in took great care of me. We found a "Sweet" home in nice proximity to the base and was able to negotiate with the Seller to go for me VA Financing. She also handled everything possible for me as I was not in Arizona during Escrow. I would recommend Pamela to anyone who was even thinking about buying a home, she's outstanding in my book.

I rented a townhouse from her for a year, and was very satisfied. The house itself was exactly what I was looking for and in excellent shape. She respected my privacy and my weird work hours, but was always available to help if something went wrong or needed fixing. If I would’ve stayed in Tucson I would have rented from her again or used her as a realtor to buy a house. Highly recommend.

My initial dealings with her were exceptional, as she was great at communicating, setting up a showing, and presented a very clean, well kept, and ready to move-in rental. Pamela went on to be very flexible with start and end dates of the lease and was easy to deal with for the initial paperwork and move-in activities. I had nearly no issues with the property, but when an issue arose she was quick to address the issue and was always easy to reach. I was very happy with her services during the rental. The move-out process was just as easy, and she even returned my full security deposit after I dinged a doorway moving a couch and left mounting holes in a wall. I truly enjoyed having Pamela as my landlord and I would be more than happy to rent from her again and recommend her to friends.

She helped me through all phases of the sale of my home. We priced the home at a competitive price point. Pamela recommended actions that needed to be performed on the house to shorten the sales time and pointed me in the direction of competent, reasonably priced contractors to do the work. When the house was on the market and under contract, Pamela stayed on top of what needed to be done to keep the process moving smoothly and to my advantage. Last fall she helped us by our (new to us) house and was terrific! This spring, we worked with her to list our townhouse, and if anything, the experience was even better. She was always available by phone or text, met with us whenever we needed. When we were ready to start, she did a walk through of the townhouse, advising us on what needed fixing and upgrading (and what didn't), giving us suggestions and tips. She never pressured us on timeline, and was very helpful. Her research on the market and pricing was spot on. Finally, in late March we were set to list. Then the Corona Crisis started. She was great! Her knowledge of the market and listing experience was invaluable in determining our path forward. We adjusted our price slightly, listed on a Wednesday and had an offer at full price by Sunday. (results may not be typical, but we were ecstatic!) We closed in 4 weeks.
